Question Heatsink/Fan Replacement for a Lenovo 720-18ASU Desktop (ideacentre) - Type 90H1

I think the CPU fan on my 720-18ASU Desktop (ideacentre) - Type 90H1 computer is dying and am looking to replace it. Unfortunately, I can't figure out what the exact part I need is. I've gone to their site, entered my serial number, and looked at the "parts list" that comes up, but it doesn't list the heatsink/fan there. I tried posting on their forums, but wasn't able to start a topic there (clicked button, nothing happened.)

Anyone happen to know the model of heatsink/fan I need? There isn't a model number or anything visible on the fan itself that I can see.

Measure the distance between the mounting screws on the fan.

32mm between screw holes:	40mm fan size
60mm between screw holes:	70mm fan size
72mm between screw holes:	80mm fan size
83mm between screw holes:	92mm fan size
105mm between screw holes:	120mm fan size

Get a noctua in the same size and enjoy the silence
