Heatsink Socket? help

Amd fx 6300 3.5ghz ( maybe a i5 6600k 3.5ghz - 3.9ghz )
MSI Gtx 750 ti 2 gb ddr3
Motherboard, N68-GS4 FX
8Gb ddr3 single channel ram
EVGA 600w PSU

I bought a Hyper tx3 evo after market CPU heatsink and fan, and what you know it doesnt fit . it doesnt fit my motherboard and where quite angry when i found out, i might be upgrading my cpu to a intel i5 6600k, and i will need a better Heatsink to so with it, at the moment i have the amd stock cooler and its not to good, anybody know what my Heatsink cooler socket it ?

Cooler Master's website says it is compatible with AM2+ and AM3 sockets. There are even YouTube videos installing it on AM3 CPUs. In what way does it not "fit" ?

i fitted it , it needed 2 plastic holders with i got thx
