Please tell me how to attach heatsinks to my vidoecard ram. Can I use superglue or will it melt?

no matter how hard you try, you can't polish a turd. :]

Superglue and epoxy resin WILL stick them... but NOT transfer heat at all well. which is not what you want.

Arctic Silver Epoxy resin is what you need.
Epoxy resin plus heat transfering arctic siver.

I used it on my R9800pro when i added ramsinks.
Works a treat.
Just ahve to make sure you let it cure properly for a few hours before use.

Superglue doesn't handle expansion/contraction that well and is a bad conductor of heat. Epoxy works better but is a bad conductor of heat, on it's own. I use JB-Weld, available in most auto parts stores and Wal-Mart.
