I recently purchased a Dell Lattitude E7440 notebook. I immediately noticed tremendous eye strain. I cannot look at the notebook for longer than 30 minutes. I use different notebooks and this is the first one giving me problems. My eyes are 100% if you wondered!
I found an interesting discussion over here:

The reports there demonstrate my exact same problem. Disabling the Intel HD driver seems to help a lot (I have only tested this for 30 minutes now but it seems to be working). Does anyone else have problems with eye strain and is there a solution? What is causing it ?
