Hi. It's something wrong with my pc. I bought it last year and until now, I've been playing most games without any trouble. When last week I was playing Batman: Arkham Knight; the game was running quite smoothly, about 25-30 FPS, but after some time, something weird happened: suddenly I noticed huge FPS drop - now the game was running about 3-5 FPS what was riddiculous. When I restarted the game, it was OK. But those FPS drops were becoming more frequent, and now they happen in almost every game, all the time - I switch on my pc, run some game, play for a few minutes and in one moment it becomes unplayable.
I've read on the internet, that my GPU (I have Radeon) or CPU might be overheating, but I've checked it (using GPU-Z, HWMonitor and OpenHardwareMonitor) and it cannot be true - when those lags start, my GPU reaches about 67 C, and my CPU ~55 C.
I've tried to reinstall the newest drivers, even install older ones, disable Avast, clean my pc both physically (inside, using vaccuum cleaner) and not (by CCleaner), but it doesn't help. Maybe you guys can tell me what's going on 🙁
My specs:
Intel i5 4460
MSI H97 PC Mate
AMD Radeon R9 380 OC Nitro 4GB
RAM Crucial 2x4GB
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Thermaltake SmartPower SE530W
Windows 10 x64

What has changed?
Some possibilities:

1. You have contracted some malware. Run malwarebytes free edition.
2. Your psu may be losing capability. Verify that one of your pcie aux power cables has not loosened.
Thermaltake is iffy as to quality.
Borrow a better quality or higher powered psu to test.
550w is recommended.
