Question Heavy stutter in Apex legends (GTX 1650)

So i got a laptop with an i5 9300H and a GTX 1650, 16 GB 2666MHz RAM, the problem with it is that when i start the game it stutters real heavily and GPU usage is easily 100%, last time when i checked the VRAM usage was 3.8/4 GB i reduced the settings to allocate only 3 of it to ease the pressure, while this did help with the stutter the overall framerate is lower than is expected due to high settings and (comparatively) lesser vram to allocate to, so is there anything else i could try to remove the stuttering?

Mind, the stutter and the low-ish framerate (sub 60) is a problem only in the menu, in between matches the GPU holds good enough for me to play.

I didn't check the framerate when in the match but I'd assume it was a 45-55
