Hectic behavior on a GIGABYTE AB350M-GAMING 3 Needs constant CMOS reset.

I just built a new PC with these specs:

-> MOBO: GIGABYTE AB350M-Gaming 3 (Bios version F6)
-> CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
-> GPU: GTS XXX RX580 8GB
-> RAM: 2x 4GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz
-> PSU: Corsair CX650M
-> SSD: Kingston A400 240GB At first I tested with other hard drive, one with kubuntu installed.

Mounted the build and everything started, fans, leds and so on; but there was no image (HDMI through GPU), the speaker stayed mute. Muttered a few curses but that didn't help.

Checked this post http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems and followed the steps. The speaker still stayed mute even when I tested the motherboard so I suspected a faulty motherboard or CPU. Cursing louder didn't help either.

Mounted the PC again in order to bring it to some PC shop so they can test which piece is faulty and checked it just for shits and giggles. The thing beeped and started to bios showing its best "BIOS has been reset. Please re-config your BIOS setup items if needed" grin. Afterwards it showed a "ROM image is not loaded ROM image update denied".

Went to Boot override and started from my SSD, installed a fresh copy of Windows and everything works until I shut it down or reset it, where it goes back to showing it's dead side. Then I must reset CMOS again for the bios to show.

The PC has 3 different behaviors when starting.

1- Fans and leds start but that's all, no speaker BEEP.
2- Fans and leds start and it seems to reset a few times, beeps and starts bios with the CMOS self cleared (happened once or twice).
3- Beeps and starts BIOS after I manually clear the CMOS

Is the motherboard busted, might it be some issue with the configuration or might it be something completely different?

I haven't activated XMP yet so the ram is running at 2133 if I remember well.

Either way the CPU, supposedly, is able to handle rams up to 3200.
