When i am talking with my friends they can hear what i hear.What i need to do to fix that.

Can you please state your OS? If you're within Microsoft's Windwos OS platform, you can look into Sound Manager and see if Listen to this device is enabled

Mind sharing your full system's specs inclusive of your audio equipment?
