I'll break that up into steps for you. Hope it helps!

Use My Computer to browse to:
C:\WINDOWS\repair
Right click the file named: AUTOEXEC.NT
Select COPY
Next: Use My Computer to browse to:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32
Right click an empty spot in that window
Select PASTE
Say yes if asked if you want to replace existing file.
