A 710 is barely better than the onboard Intel video you have. Try a GT730 GDDR5, that at least with be a decent improvement and should run on most power supplies.

When you installed the card, what exactly did not work? Did they system not start at all? Did you get an image? Did you connect the video cables to the card after you installed it?

the computer started normally but the screen did not show anything like the card did not work .. I also had another old graphics card which I just worked on and showed stuff on the screen .. a technician we talked to on the phone told me that the energy with the mother can be responsible
Are you sure that the 730 will work?:(

Does it have onboard video? If so when you put the new card in you need to make sure you hook the monitor cable to the new card not the motherboard connection. Yes a GT730 should work , what were you using before? What is the Motherboard exact model ? P5q????

Yes I connect it to the new card.. I don't know what you mean with the onboard.. I had a amd radeon hd 4800series but it's done and now I have an amd radeon hd 4300/4500 series but cant play a game.. the motherboard model is p5q. Not p5q pro. Should I buy 730? The 730 says that it need minimum 300w.. I have chieftec psu cft-650-14cs is it good?

I asked about the model because they made a P5q-e,deluxe,pro,L,Turbo,3(DDR3),SE,SE2. The chieftec psu cft-650-14cs from what I can find is considered average and should be ok, I wouldn't stress it to 650 watts. What game are you wanting to play? The GT 730 is still pretty basic entry card mainly for browsing and email and YouTube watching.

You need to update your BIOS... Although I don't think you'll be able to find an image from ~2013 to make all PCIe 3.0 compatible GPUs work.

Cheers!
Bios version/date: American megatrends inc. 2209, 3/11/2010
SMBIOS version: 2.5
Bios mode: legacy

I can safely assume it's the latest, so there's no need.

Is there a way for you to grab an old GPU and try that instead?

Cheers!
I only have amd radeon hd 4300/4500 and it's working properly
I just want a you that will work with my pc specs and will play league of legends..
Should I order gigabyte geforce gt730 2gb ddr5?

Until you don't find the exact reason the 710 doesn't work, I'll suggest against it.

Unfortunately, as I mentioned, very old motherboards need BIOS updates to work with PCIe 3.0 GPUs in full. I have no idea why, but they just do in a lot of cases.

Chers!

Looks like the GT730 DDR5 will work . A GT 750Ti would be better if you can afford it. Here is a link to that card and your CPU https://www.userbenchmark.com/PCGame/FPS-Estimates-League-of-Legends/3761/12582.1663.0.0.0

Yes but the gt 730 is 2.0

That was as close as I could find , they didn't have a test with a q8200. I picked up a couple of used XFX RX460's for my boards for $60 each on eBay. some of the brands of RX 460's will not work on 775 boards but the XFX brand will.
