So seeing this was on sale i hastily bought it and then realized its only a laptop hdd. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148591 Can i put this in a regular pc? or will my psu not have the right hookup for it?

Yes, it will use the standard SATA power and data cable.

you may need to buy a conversion kit (2.5" to 3.5") if you case does not have the correct mounting to accomodate the 2.5" drive
