And Nina isn't even dead, or is she? Either way, it's kinda freaky.

No, Nina's not dead. (And the sim in questing wanting to see her ghost
isn't a knowledge sim). That's why it's evil. Funny though.

I've had fights before, and some sims making enemies (mostly due to
jealousy) but I've never seen this before.

Yeah! I always laugh when I see that. Pretty much..she wants Nina dead!
lol I had a sim die who was enemies with one of the roommates..and the
roommate stood around her tombstone and hooted and hollared! She was
happy she was gone lol

Since you started the topic of ghosts it's better to ask my question here

Sometimes my Sim wants to meet a ghost but the problem is there are no
tombstone/pots around in the area. How do I get my Sims to see ghosts?

I don't know, so I don't try making them do so, even if they want to.

My sims have had such wishes from time to time that I could not possible
fullfill, but they chanced rather soon.

invite a townie, kill him, dont mourn, kick the tombstone ... and a couple
days after his death - VOILA

but be carefull, ghosts can scare a sim to death!
