[SOLVED] Hel me with CAS latency settings

I have CL16 3200MHz memory sticks dual channel 2x8GB sticks
i want to know the best cas latency timing i can set they are currently at

and i tried something which made my pc stop posting untill i reset the bios please help the CL is running at 22 it must be 16

Did the sticks you got have an DOCP or XMP? If so, try that and see if they are lowered to 16. Because 22 is too high tbh. Good luck!

Ya i know 22 is too high but i dont know what to do with the other numbers
i am a noobie at the ram timings

You will need to make the necessary changes in Bios DRAM timing control and also DRAM voltage.

List your RAM P/N and I can tell you your Timings and voltage however if you look at the SPD section of CPUz, your best Timings are listed and any XMP profile your modules may have. Write these values down then transfer the timings to Bios.

Try XMP timing. For CL16 3200mhz, a good timing would be 16-18-18-38. Don't forget to adjust the voltage
