Question Hello all info please on the msi r9 290x

Hello hope all is well? My brains hurting alittle as my FPS on all games stay at 60 fps or drop to 40 FPS

I had a amd r9 255 2gb graphic card and that ran everything and 60..90 fps.. on low settings 230 fps

I play world of warships and EVE online both stay at 60 fps and drop to 40 fps

System info

AMD FX 8350 3.3ghz
Motherboard.. M51BC
Windows 10
2TB hard drive
12gb ram
4gb MSI r9 r90x graphic card
500w PSU

Are you monitoring CPU/GPU/RAM usage?

Are you monitoring temperatures of the card & CPU?

That looks like an average PSU from DELTA. Not the very best of power supplies to be used on a Gaming RIG, if I'm not mistaken (though please correct me if I'm wrong). Can you test your GPU by using some other PSU ?

I don't have any other psu I've benchmarked it and seems fine
