You can't give people USD if you are not living in America, it makes no sense.
You have to buy the parts from your country, not America, so giving a different countries monetary value when you are not in that country, just doesn't work/

So you have 13500 pesos... and you are in the philippines, what company do you order things from there?
All I know is Newegg, will deliver there as well as operate there.
