Hello, Can I take a hp cd-rom out of a810n and put it in an optiplex gx620

I just found out that I don't have cd-rom/dvd writer in my Dell optiplex gx620. I have a old hpa810n with parts in it. I need to if parts from the hp will fit in the dell.

The CD drive from the HP machine will work in any PC which has the required type of data-cable & power-cable connections (ie SATA or IDE, as appropriate).
