So .. i want to upgrade my pc my rig is
i5-3570k 3.4GHz
8Gb ram
Gtx 650 Ti boost oc 2gb
and a Power Supply of 650 watt i think
i thinking of getting a new power supply and another Gtx 650 Ti boost oc 2gb for sli.
Any suggestions for way i could i upgrade my pc without any expansive expenses.

Your PSU is plenty of wattage assuming it is a quality unit. If it is apevia, logisys, raidmax or a brand like that then yes get a new psu asap.

SLI-ing 2 650 cards is a waste of time, just get one GTX 960 or 970 and it will perform better then the 2x650 ever will.

And FYI cpu and memory are completely sufficient, you would not even be able to tell the difference between your cpu and the newest gen i5.

+1 ^, sell the 650 you have, buy a single faster card. No need to replace the power supply.
