That board might need a BIOS update to support that CPU.

4GB of RAM is not enough. 8GB minimum. 16GB recommended. In the 2 sticks RAM Kit format.

Apart from that it's compatible.
Thanks, I forgot to write 2x 4 GB Ram because i want to activate a dual channel. For this configuration which power supply should I choose 650W or 700W?

If at all possible I would go the 10400 route on a Z490 motherboard as that would give you a much better upgrade path in the future to better CPU's and the next gen platform in Rocket Lake S with PCIe Gen 4....so something like this:

PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Ls67q3

CPU: Intel Core i5-10400 2.9 GHz 6-Core Processor ($182.00 @ B&H)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z490 UD ATX LGA1200 Motherboard ($134.99 @ B&H)
Total: $316.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Also as to PSU around 550w is more than enough...
