I would say that in 2020, a 120GB SSD is too small. Get at the very least 240GB. Also go for 2x8 DDR4.

If at all possible I would go the 10400 route on a Z490 motherboard as that would give you a much better upgrade path in the future to better CPU's and the next gen platform in Rocket Lake S with PCIe Gen 4....so something like this:
