It sounds to me that the hard drive is bad. You might want to contact Asus technical support to see if it is under warranty and can be replaced.

You obviously have another machine to post this question. Google 'ASUS logo "automatic repair"' You'll probably need to set your BIOS to boot from the USB drive. Then reboot again and walk through the steps. Do the serach first to learn what to expect and then do it.
