please give me some good advice
of what is the high performance for 3D Rendering & Multi Tasking ETC:
they also say that is Intel XEON is the best prosessor for 3D Rendering PhotoShop etc...
i have no problem spending More Money On a PC

Get the i7-3930K instead. I don't care if spending more money on a PC isn't a problem for you. The difference between the 3930K and 3960X is so little it isn't worth the extra $500.

Get a high end air cooler instead. All those expensive components will be destroyed if that H80's water leaks.

Get the OCZ Vertex 4 128gb or 256gb instead. Kingston HyperX is... okay, but I don't think it's any close to be as good as the Vertex 4.

Workstation cards would be better for your usage. Only get the 7970 if some gaming will be done in your computer.

IMO, you're overpaying for the motherboard, get this instead.

I personally think 32gb of RAM is ridiculous, if you're not doing any server-related stuff, or you won't be having insane amounts of VMWares, 16gb should be more than enough.

Xeon CPUs are for servers. Pretty sure the i7 performs just the same or even better in terms of rendering.
