[SOLVED] Hello, got a tricky issue here... (High GPU Temp 90C+ After changing thermal paste)

I've recently gone into cleaning my whole pc, blowing the dust off, changing thermal paste, adjusting and cable managing and checking all the connections... etc...
Not sure if the thermal paste I've used was bad or it didn't align well...My GPU is 1060 3GB, Used Msi Afterburner Max core voltage, Max power limit(116%) no core clocks, no memory clocks, maxed fans at 80°C+ Setting. Having extremely hot max GPU temps (90°C, gradually increasing over time from 84°C to 90°C the last 10 seconds) when stress testing in geeks3d furmark v1.23 1080p (despite having 1440p 144hz monitor)
Anyway. I've some screenshots, went through testing with a person who freshly installed furmark to test as well,
this what I got

and then compared.

I'm not sure what's the cooling on 5700 XT is but I'm sure there's something on my end if it's that hot. (the test is 1 minute)
What could be the culprit? Should I do a test without core voltage and power limit? On the internet, it was said that increasing it doesn't do any harm but allows overclocking since it's maxed to GPU's manufacturer limit in bios, etc...Thanks in advance.

P.S. the one I used looks like this View: https://i.imgur.com/TSe40AA.png

Solution
Solved, turns out I glued my gpu to the heatsink, need to clean that off now and buy new thermal paste for $10, read the manuals for things you buy, not adhesive but thermal compound.
