hello guys i desperately need help,my external hardrive(TOSHIBA 500GIG SILVER) it cannot read on my computers and it produces fun sounds when it is conected,i need to recover my information, thank for help

If the drive is making odd sounds, clicking, grinding, etc... it's a hardware issue with the drive. It "may" be that it's not getting enough power, I have seen external drives click when they don't have enough power.

Take the hard drive out of the enclosure, connect it up directly to a desktop system as a secondary drive, see if you can read anything from it.

If not, you need to contact a data recovery place and expect to spend a few hundred dollars at least to get the data back.

For future reference, do not store your only copy of data on an external (or any type for that matter) hard drive, only use them for backups or moving files around from place to place.
