Question Hello guys, i recently ordered some parts to upgrade my system and now my system doesnt turn on

I recently upgraded my desktop pc, and after i assembled everything i turned it on with no monitor as i always do, just to see if it worked, every fan turned on, all the rgb leds turned on and i was happy, but when i did press the power off button just to turn it off and move the computer back to my room, it wouldnt turn off, i found it odd, because if a system is working correctly it should turn off if you press it once, instead i had to force it to turn off by holding down the button for a few seconds, i plugged the hdmi cable to my monitor in my room, and i noticed that my computer had no signal to the monitor, and yes, im sure the cables work, i tested them on the tv, can you guys help to figure it out? Thanks in advance! Sorry about the english, not my first language.

Old system:

Mobo: B350 Mortar
16GB Ram
Psu: Corsair TX550M

New system:
Ryzen 5 3600x
Nvidia MSI RTX 2070 gaming Z 8Gb
