[SOLVED] Hello guys im wondering whats the problem of my dell vostro i510thgen 4gb ram gpu is unknown

well this laptop is so lagging, I mean when you open edge without nothing just edge it will take a minute to load and I installed cpu-z like my friend told me there's a problem in my laptop when he checked he saw my ram is 665mhz and the uncore is 3500mhz then a couple of seconds it change to 1300mhz then go back to 600mhz can someone help me if their a problem or my dell laptop is just so slow that even edge can open in seconds. THanks

How much ram do you have? If it's 4gb, that's the problem. Unless you're running xp, you need at least 8gb and preferably 16gb.

its only 4gb ram I bought it and that's the whole no upgrade or such thing and I look it up its a business computer so I wondering if its slow

so what happen if I run memtest86 , i watched it on youtube and I saw how to do it, is it safe? and does it make the laptop more faster or I just need to change my ram to a new one?

It is a ram testing program that will identify if the memory is working correctly. It does nothing else. Buying new ram will not necessarily fix the problem, so I would run memtest first.
