Question Hello guys my gpu randomlly started to stutter

My specs are gtx1050ti 4gb asus
ram 8gb ddr4
win 10 pro
asus a52-a motherboard
psu 850w
I think this satarted becouse i cleaned my gpu im afraid to reseat the gpu becouse i can crush it.Anyone have any idea how to fix this.Another think hat is streesing me out is that in bluestacks gpu is only 20%

Are you sure that's the motherboard you have to work with?

850W is the advertised wattage of the PSU. What is it's make and model?

being as specific as possible(with regards to make and model.

As for your issue, have you tried using DDU, uninstalling your GPU drivers, then manually reinstalling the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator?
