Digital is better, but often the difference is too small to tell. I have 2 monitors side by side right now, one using HDMI and the other using VGA through an adapter and I can't really see any difference. You have a solution that works, why not just stick with it.
TVs assume HDMI video sources are video, and overscan them. There's really no need for them to overscan anymore, but it's done for historical reasons (there used to be miscellaneous info encoded along the edges of the picture, like closed captioning).

When you plug a computer into a TV via HDMI, it's a full 1920x1080 image so you have to tell the TV to turn off overscan. Unfortunately, every manufacturer calls it something different. Look for an input setting called 1:1, or Direct, or dot to dot, or PC, or Full or something like that. Sometimes it's an input setting, sometimes it's mixed with the aspect ratios.

Rarely there's a TV where you can't turn off overscan. In that case the GPU can compensate for it as well. There should be some Nvidia graphics settings to scale the image size. This should be used as a last resort though, as you're basically rescaling the image twice - once by the Nvidia card, again by the TV, and the net result will be inferior to a native full 1080p image.

Thank you for the fast response, so should i search up all over the tv settings to see if i have those options? im gonna try that right now because i wanna use HDMI so bad, ill be back in a couple of minutes.

Sometimes it's really obscure and you have to play around to find it. One TV I owned gave you the option to name the inputs (from a preset list) to make it easier to remember which to use. What it didn't say anywhere in the instructions was "naming" one of the inputs "PC" also turned off overscan and adjusted the picture for better text display.

My tv doesnt seem to have any option which allows me to change the aspect ratio and something, the options are very limited, will i see improvements if i get to work with the HDMI? im worried, having an adapter and a VGA cable wont affect the image quality in gaming? i want to be sure.
