From a google search it is related to the RAM. Try re seating it and see if it helps, if not run MemTest and see if it has errors. All I got.

Easiest fix, install Windows 7.

If memtest passes, reset bios just incase settings are too aggressive, especially if a custom built PC, also see if any bios updates available.

not enough info, try to google for a dump file reader like
whocrashed.exe or BlueScreenview.exe
both can give some clue to what caused the crash

this error about your hdd drive ! change format to NTFS without use windows 8 cd & do not use Quick format !
