Yes, the video card is compatible with the motherboard. What is the make/model of your power supply? You need to verify that it is sufficient to power the video card.

I don't specifically see a reason the graphics card wouldn't work, but suspect that the power supply within the system will not be sufficient. In the case of proprietary prebuilt computers this can become a problematic issue. The power supply in those units typically aren't up to the task and replacement with standard PSU if often difficult if not impossible.
