Hello, I have a problem with my Acer Aspire v5-132p when I turn it on it says "operating system not found" and when I press F2

When I press F2 it requires a password that I don't remember and now it shows me a unlock key hint number that doesn't correspond with the password. What should I do for my laptop to be working again?

Does it says insert password in the bios ??
is there is only black screen,you could simply flash a new windows in it but if you want your old data you can manage it there windows 10 2018 can let you don't delete your data and make it as an update and it will run simply

Hi Ahmed Ali, Yes it shows me a black screen with a place to insert a password and under it shows a hint number, so how can I flash it with this password can it be flashed? I'm using Windows 10 also but not 2018. I still want my stuff in there...
