[SOLVED] Hello i have a problem with my pc

Hey i have a problem with my laptop
I have a lenovo legion y 520 i7700hq 8 gb ram

I have an external monitor 144 hz atatched to it on mini display port.

Monitor is set to 144 hz from seetings

I ddu my grapichs drivers and install new ones

When i move icons on desktop or browsing the web it has stuttering.

If i Reinstall graphics driver works grate but if i restart the laptop is starts to have stutterig again

Here is the UFO Test .. after reinstalling graphics driver is shows 144 fps and 144 hz after restarting laptop shows like this

Do you restart your computer or shut it down and than boot up again. Try uninstalling fast startup.. https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html

Shut down an i started it again this morning .

With fast start up, a PC often ignores changes. Now that your PC changes have been saved, you can probably enable Fast start up again if you want. In the future, anytime you make a change, use restart instead of shutdown (with fast start up enabled). Using restart, suspends fast start up, so changes can be saved
