Hello i have a question regarding on the go internet

I need a on the go internet for gaming on my laptop i am a truck driver so i am away from home for 2-3 weeks at a time maybe more. I have look at the cell companies like verizon att sprint tmobile ect and their plans are beyond a scam so if anyone knows a good company or device for it would be great. I do have power outlets so i can plug a router in if there are routers that use their own signal or a usb plug in that gives you internet. Thank you people

Am aware lots of truck stops have services like AC, TV, Internet etc.

But OK, you won't be always using truck stops, before cellular, we had dish, don't know how much though, with the advent of cellular dish Internet service is been disappearing, and doing uplink-downlink is not gonna help latency.
