Hello, I have a special problem here with default opening software option.

Last night, I had a folder that contains Ntlea (NT Locale Emulator Advance) but I decided to remove it since I rarely use it. Today when I use my computer, I notice that every time I double click a software (for example, steam), it will ask me if I wanted to use Ntlea to open it, this is annoying and I don't know how to fix it back to normal. I can still open the program, but I need to right click the software and click "open" to open it, or run as administrator in the right hand side's "search bar". Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Well, this is also the problem, the NTlea was under a folder and that's it, I never installed it, so I can't uninstall it.

So I went under the registry tab under the CCleaner and found the two NTlea registry and delete those things and then it went back normal. Thanks you for the help!
