[SOLVED] Hello, I have a weird monitor flickering problem

While i'm playing games on my PC these "white shadows" screen flickering starts appearing and I don't know what to do
Could it be cable problems? DVI connector?

Can always check/exchange the cables surely, if that solves it.. Or could be the monitor itself the led lights on the side may be problematic, could also be a circuit problem in the monitor.
