A three day conference that is expected to have around 1000 attendees for 3 days, who expect to have wifi connection. The conference visitors will all be around the same area for the duration of the conference, and are expected to carry at least 2 wifi device

I'd think a conference center IT pro would be able to handle that request or at least phrase the question appropriately.
