Hi. I wanna upgrade my budget gaming PC and I don't know where to start, so I wanted to ask you guys what parts I can change in my current build.
Motherboard: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gah61ms1
Video card: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-n7501gd5oc
2x Memory: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-memory-cmv4gx3m1a1333c9
Power Supply: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Inter-Tech-Energon-EPS-550W-Alimentatore-Elettrico-550W-Nero-/361488133072?hash=item542a5f2bd0:g:1~IAAOSwx-9WvGKr
Case : Segotep SG-631B Blue (couldn't find a link on amazon, ebay, etc.)
Storage: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/seagate-internal-hard-drive-st3500418as
CPU Cooler: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/thermaltake-cpu-cooler-clp001al12blb
I would like to see the upgrades that you would do. Thank you in advance for the patience you gave to this post. And about the budget I would like to sell the old parts that I have to replace and add some money to buy a new part.

The 2500 has plenty of life left in it. ...and there isn't much reason to upgrade the motherboard unless you upgrade the CPU with it. That is still a very capable system. Add an SSD, replace the PSU, then upgrade to the largest GPU you can afford. You can use those parts (SSD, PSU and GPU) in a future build so you aren't "stuck" only using these parts in this PC.

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor (Purchased For $0.00)
CPU Cooler: Thermaltake Frio Silent 12 55.9 CFM CPU Cooler (Purchased For $0.00)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H61M-S1 Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard (Purchased For $0.00)
Memory:...
CPU - You didn't list one, but if you don't already have one... Look toward the used market for a 3500 series i5 (Ivy Bridge). The 2500 series would be fine also (Sandy Bridge), but why not look for the latest you can use.
CPU COOLER - Eh... since you already have it continue using it. The stock Intel cooler would be fine since you are not overclocking.
MB - Still viable. Update your BIOS before doing anything else. You should need it to support an Ivy Bridge processor.
SSD - Added one. This will be "limited" with your motherboard only having SATA 3, but this SSD can be used in a future build.
GPU - Is the GTX 750 working out for you? Do you need to replace it?
PSU - This is your biggest issue having a low quality PSU. XFX, Seasonic, the EVGA G2 lineup, or filter through the Tier 1 or Tier 2 list. www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
