[SOLVED] Hello, im having lots of screen tearing in only one game after windows updates, the rest of the games i play are fine but that only one its bad

Well after the win10 update from my version 1607 i get tons of screen lag/ tearing when i play a specific game "theHunter Classic " any other game its ok, i know its after the win10 update because if i instal the win10 version 1607 with no updates ir runs fine, i've tried a new fresh install with other win10 versions and all of them gave the same problem.. even with v sync on i get screen tearing and stuttering any one have the same problem or knows how to solve this??

If disabling fullscreen optimisations in the compatibility tab of the game's exe doesn't work see;

Windows 10 v1903 update prevents games from running in classic fullscreen

Latest Windows 10 v1903 update now disables the exclusive full screen mode in games. To fix it, you'll have to change some registry key values.

i didn't mention but I'm running the win10 1909 last November version, if it still have that fix I will try later when I get home thx for your reply.

Well i did disable the fullscreen optimizations and it works fine now, problem solved thank you very much
