Well it's all up to you of course and how serious are you at your gaming? If you very serious you would go to 144hz and decrease quality settings to low And ultra distance rendering
The jump from 720p to 1080 isn't that big but you will get more FPS with a better cpu I would recommend a Ryzen 3600 over the 2600 as it's $180 right now and the 2600 is what 130 i
