Question Hello, my wife uses 3 monitors. Rather regularly one or 2 of the monitors turn off, and sometimes, all 3 turn off.

Sometimes they all restart quickly, sometimes they don't, and she'll need to restart the computer. Here are the hardware specs:
HP Envy TE01-4XXX, desktop
Intel 13th Gen Core i7-13700
4 TB drive local storage
64GB Memory
Intel UHD Graphics 770
Trigger 6 external graphics
monitor 1...Acer 21.7" V227Q
Monitor 2...Lenovo L24q-20
Monitor 3...Lenove Q24i-20
We tried using only 2 monitors and sometimes, only one, and sometimes the problem persists.
Any suggestions to control or stop this monitor on/off are appreciated. Thanks.

You are going to have to be a bit more clear how you have the monitors hooked to the PC. Are all the monitors using those USB video adapters or did you connect any to the video ports on the pc.

My guess would be it is some issue with the software that runs the trigger6 adapters. It could also be related to which USB ports you have it plugged into.

Maybe consider buying a very inexpensive video card that has the proper number of ports.
