hello ,
I just bought a new pc and I've been getting a lot of crashes on most of the games , I searshed a lot about the cause , many people said the CPU might be overclocked ,I tried to check by pressing F2 , went to asus UEFI EZ mode but couldn't see if it was overclocked . thank you in advance

AMD ryzen 5 3600
Nvidia Geforce 2060 RTX super
16G ram

Was this a retail bought PC? A pre-built? If so, I doubt it was OC'ed. Might just be loaded with ad-ware, junk-ware, and other crap-ware you don't need or want. Please list the rest of the specs or the make/model of the system you have.
thank you for your time , yes it was a retail bought pc , they built it for me ,

AMD Ryzen 3600 4.2 GHZ
Nvidia Zotac Geforce RTX 2060 super 8GB GDDR6
Ram 16 G
Asus Prime B450M-k
Corsair VS 550WATTS 80 plus
SSD 240 GB
HDD 1TB

May I ask who it was that built it? Personal friend? Internet retailer?

First thing that I would do, would be to uninstall any extra stuff you don't want. Like "free" programs and trials. Then check what is still running in the background that you can live without. Uninstall or just run that stuff on an as-need only basis. Don't let it start with Win and sit in the background. Check the Tray at the bottom right of the task bar for stuff you can keep from auto-loading, run them manually if needed.

After that, I would run CCleaner and have it do a Clean and Registry cleanup both. If it finds a lot of stuff, run it again.
Then run Malwarebytes to see if any of that "free" stuff might have been malware or other poorly written junkware.
Try your games again with as little running in the background as possible.
