Hello people of the interwebs, I am building my first computer and I have a question. If the memory I want is not listed in my

Ok I thought it would but I wanted to be 100% sure.

I am buying two sticks of the same RAM that both have specs within my MOBO's capabilities. my mobo is the ASRock fm2a88x extreme 6+
my CPU is the AMD A10-6800K APU. i will use this build for light-mid range gaming, coding, light video processing, and other various stuff. my budget is fairly flexible, so recommend anything so long as it works with the apu which i have already bought. i am buying piece by piece as i go.

That board supports DDR3 2600+(OC)*/2400(OC)/2133/1866/1600/1333/1066 non-ECC memory. Since the APU's on-die GPU uses system memory for its "VRAM", I would suggest you buy the fastest RAM you can afford. At least 1866MHZ, as that is what the memory controller natively supports.

I don't know how much RAM you intended to purchase (2 x 8GB, 2 x 4GB, 2 x 2GB), but here is some DDR3 1866MHZ memory from Newegg sorted as to best rating: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007611%20600006050%20600006130&IsNodeId=1&bop=And&Order=RATING&PageSize=20
