Hello sir im having a problem here

Im having a trouble with my pc cuz my pc sometimes dont turn on and sometimes it turns on when i restart or i turned it off my pc wont open again i waited again for around 4hours (my estimate time). It is not like this since march 20. Hope you can help me with my problem =(

would really help if you provide us with your specs and psu <---- be more specific i will not help if you just write ex.500 watt psu.
