hello, the audio of videos keep breaking and hanging

I cannot play and listen to a recorded video from the net withou the voice cutting and the play freezing every 20seconds why is that please I need some assistance.

try and go to control panel, find device manager, look at all the audio sources and disable all the ones you are not currently using. See if that helps with this problem. (i use my graphics card for video but connect my sound to my motherboard. Then go and disable my graphics card's built in sound for hdmi.
