how can i change or make my dvd rom as my primary boot device ...my board is ga-g31m-s2l gigabyte s series

When you first boot up, tap the "Delete" key until you enter the BIOS. From there, navigate to the boot order and select your DVD Drive as 1st boot device. Then hit the F10 key to save.

When you enter the BIOS, use the arrow keys to get to the "Advanced BIOS Features". Once there, On the 2nd line, you will see "First Boot Device". Hit the "Enter" Key and then use the arrows to select your DVD Drive as 1st Boot Device, then hit enter, then F10 to save.
