Question Hellow fellowers! Huge problem with FPS Drops..

Latelty since i reformated my comp, and it start bushing, dropping fps in easy game just like "Leauge of legends"
Before i start, haven done anything special, the computere is just slow and everything even using Kingstone nvme SSD

what do you mean by "bushing", is it sprouting leaves?

and what do you mean by dropping frames?
this is a term usually referring to a type of skipping or stuttering because certain frames are not being rendered or just not displayed.
if you just mean that it is running at a lower fps than expected that is something else entirely.

and we will need some type of comparison when you state "just slow".
slow compared to what?
what symptoms are you experiencing that make it seem slow?

shorten up your System Information to only include the actual components.
add the power supply make & model plus time in use,
motherboard make & model,
memory make & model,
storage make & model,
system-wide cooling including CPU cooler and case fan's location & orientation,
also include average temperatures when idling and while gaming,
plus any overclocks in place.

Since like 1 month ago i decided to re-installed my computer,
imminently after i notice how i started to get FPS drops in games like (League of legends) it doesnt matter if i choose "low settings" or "high settings" makes no different.
I've been tryin' to talk with the support for the game aswell without any solution (Its drops from 240 > 170 ~ and keeps going down.
Before i re-installed the computer i had no problems at all, now everything feels slow and useless, like i dont even want to sit here tbh.

It takes kinda long time to boot up aswell, games freeze, and if i use discord as same time i try to play it sometimes "quit" like i have to close it by ctrl alt del~

Been useing AMD Ryzen Master to make sure everything is set as "normal (no OC)"
