Helm of the Snowprince

Is there anything apecial about this helmet? I found the note on the
bottom of lake fjalding, found the fjyrsk-cave, even found the dead
thief, pinned to the ceiling ... and finally I found this rusty old
steel-helmet. I tried to bring it back to his (dead) owner, put it on
the altair, on his corpse, he doesn't want to have it back. Any clues?

It goes with the ancient steel armor found in the Jolgeirr Barrow. If
you've got the armor, your ancient steel armor collection is complete...

May I ask...where is that barrow?

Some way north of Ravenrock... it's about 20 meters northeast of the
Earth-Stone-Quest-Cave.
Back to the helmet: Nothing more??? Just to complete another dull set of
armor, that's not even unique/new in look?
