HELP: 0033 Error code GeForce GT730

I have an AMD X4 Phenom 965 Black edition.

New graphics card I just installed:

My computer won't even let me in BIOS or do a POST. When I turn the computer on, the top left side displays the model and type of video card I just installed; then a brief millisecond on the bottom right it says 0033. Then the screen goes blank.

I've googled this and no one knows what this means. Does anyone on Tom's hardware know what it means? Thanks.

I think the 0033 just means 'video'

You can also try attaching an internal speaker (eg http://www.amazon.com/PC-Internal-Mini-Onboard-Speaker/dp/B002W4M0DW) to your motherboard (per the manual) and seeing what post/beep code you get per http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm

It might give you more clues.

Problem solved.

I put the old video card back and I went into BIOS. I set it from PCI to PCIe selection. NOw it's working.
