[HELP] 100% DIsk Usage Windows 10

I have scoured the internet for all things useful and nothing has helped me solve this problem for my main PC or my laptop. I have 100% disk usage no matter what I do.

Things I have tried:

• 
  -Disabling bits, superfetch and windows search and MSI mode
  
  -Disable Antivirus Software and Windows Defender
  
  -Ran a disk check via chkdsk.exe /f /r
  
  -Also tried reinstalling windows 10 before trying any of the above steps.
  
  -Called the manufacturer of my Acer E 15 E573G-79JP as well as my computer and they just told me to reset BIOS settings and reinstall windows then left me with only the option to pay 200$ for a warranty extension to have them fix it. Which I refused to do.
  
  -Under Settings -> Notifications & Actions -> Notifications, disable the option "Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows"

It is buggy, and a MONSTEROUS, VICIOUS, AND RAVENOUS drive bandwidth hog!

I have just tried still at 100% disk usage. Also my PC has absolutely nothing on it other then everything you get with a fresh install, and I installed google chrome that is it. (Idk if that information will help find an answer or not)
