Dont know why ive been getting this issue, but whenever i use any program my Disk usage spikes to 100% at random intervals, which causes the programs to freeze and crash. When im not using anything though, its really low (Right now its at 0%) But as i go start up Adobe After Effects, you can see it spikes, https://gyazo.com/2e243c02acfe3cf2cf44de55287d9452 , and actually as Internet Explorer opened to retrieve that screen shot it spiked again. After Effects opened up after about 30 seconds and the disk went back to normal, but then again once i tried importing footage it spiked, causing the program to not respond, https://gyazo.com/f7752be2be9f0a5dc4dccd4380f084e9
Im just using after effects as an example but this happens with any program i use, i cant get any work done because everytime i try to do something the disk spikes.! Any help?
Also ive read everywhere and nothing worked, i tried disabling Windows Search/Superfetch, nothing happened. And also i tried chkdsk /f /r in command prompt which took a while, came back after a few hours after the process and no cigar. Everything was fine just a few days ago, started happening recently.
