Help , 127C on CPU right now...????

I was so happy to get rid of BSOD, and now i opened SpeedFan and 127C on CPU???? WHAAAAAT?? is that glitch or ??? like?? hello?

cpu: i5-4690k 3.5GHZ (stock CPU cooler)
mb: MSI Z97 GAMING 3

Edit, in HWmonitor is about 34-35-39 on Core1, - Core4.

I guessing its glitch in SpeedFan.

, also there one more Q, why my CPU is running at TurboBoost, when im doing nothing just sitting in youtube??

EDIT: just found that my 8GB ram stick 1600MHz max, is running at 3900MHz???? wtf is going on...on my pcc.. ?!!

2 possibilities:
1) Are you actually playing a video in YouTube? If you are then that explains it.
2) If not playing a video, which power plan are you using? If you're using the max performance one, then the CPU will always run at the turbo boost speed. If you want it to drop to lower levels when idle you have to enable the Balanced performance plan.

Yes im playing Music Video in background,

Im actualy want to TurboBoost enable when im Gaming, but if TurboBoost doesnt effect Temperature then its ok..

When i had my old pc setup there was 1333Mhz , because my old MB was such a crap. And now there are 3900, its actualy bad ,because my ram is only 1600Mhz...
